Jerry Wang Chairmen

Mr. Wang graduated from School of Pharmacy, Kaohsiung Medical Colleage, and received his master degree pharmacology in National Cheng Kung University. Mr. Wang has over 30 years of experience in biopharmaceutical Industry. He is the Chairman of Pharmaneer Co., Ltd., Pharmosa Biopharm Inc., Aupa Biopharm Co., Ltd., and Taxo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

Dr. Lin-Chuan Yan GM & CEO

Dr. Yan graduated from Department of Chemical Engineering in National Cheng Kung University, and received his Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering in University of Michigan. Dr. Yan has over 30 years of experience in biopharmaceutical Industry. He is the Board member of Pharmaneer Co., Ltd., Board member and General Manager of Aupa Biopharm Co., Ltd., CEO of Taxo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, and Vice Chairman of Pharmosa Biopharm Inc. 

Simon Jian Chief of R&D

Mr. Simon Jian graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering at National Taiwan University and received his master degree from Department of Materials Science and Engineering from the same institution. He has over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Previously, he worked as a researcher at Biomedical Center of ITRI (Industrial Technology Research Institute), Purzer Pharmaceutical Inc. Ltd., and UBi Asia Inc., Ltd. Additionally, he has served as the Deputy Director of R&D Division at Tai-Yu Chemical and Pharmaceutical Inc. Ltd., and as the Director of Technical Development Division at AUPA BioPharmaceutical Inc., Ltd.. Currently, he serves as the CTO at Anxo, leading the R&D team. Mr. Simon Jian is dedicated to developing advanced drugs delivery system and technology platforms, particularly focusing on high-barrier and complicated generic drugs and 505(b)(2) products.

Aderson Lee Director

Mr. Lee, the Director of Finance & Accounting Division, graduated from the Department of Accounting at Providence University. He previously served as an Deputy Audit Manager at PwC Taiwan and as a Supervisor of Finance & Accounting at Golden Biotechnology Corp., accumulating over 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting field, with over 16 years of service in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Currently, he holds positions as the Finance and Accounting Director and Corporate Governance Officer of our company, as the Finance and Accounting Director at Taxo Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary for investment. He leads the finance and accounting team in establishing and continuously optimizing financial systems, budget and fund management, financial statement analysis, and other tasks to support decision-making in business management.

Iris Fan Director

Ms. Fan is a registered pharmacist who graduated from the School of Pharmacy at Kaohsiung Medical University and holds a master's degree in Pharmacy from the same institution. She has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Previously, she served as the Manager in the Regulatory Department at Lotus Pharmaceutical and was responsible for the Greater China area. Currently, as the Director of Regulatory Division at Anxo, she leads the regulatory team in strategic planning for regulatory affairs in Taiwan and other target markets. Additionally, she oversees the Business Development team for the Greater China area.

Emily Chen Director

Ms. Chen graduated from the Institute of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, College of Medicine at National Taiwan University, the Institute of Technology Management at National Chengchi University, and the Department of Law at National Taipei University. She holds qualifications as a lawyer, patent attorney, and veterinarian, specializing in intellectual property, patent design around analysis, contract review and IP litigation matters. She has previously worked as a patent engineer at Deep & Far Attorneys-at-Law and as an intellectual property manager at TTY Biopharm Company Limited, accumulating over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Currently, she serves as the Director of Legal and Intellectual Property Affairs at our company, leading the legal and intellectual property team in overseeing legal affairs, litigation, global patent deployment, and management of intellectual property rights.

Anderson Lin Director

Dr. Lin graduated from Shool of Pharmacy, Kaohsiung Medical University and received his Ph.D. degree. He completed his post-doctoral research in Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. Lin was the manager of business development department in Lotus Pharmaceutical and launched more than 15 generic products in Northeast Asia countries. Now he is leading the team incharge of the licensing and stretegy planing in the Business Developemnt Division.

Stacy Sun Director

Ms. Sun graduated from the Department of Psychology at National Chengchi University. She has held several key positions, including IR and PR Manager at Mycenax, Director of the General Management Office at TSH Biopharm, OD/HR Assistant Manager at TTY Biopharm, Senior HR Specialist at Far EasTone Telecommunications, and Board staff at Aurora Group. With over 25 years of experience in OD and HR, she is currently the Director of the Human Resources Division at Anxo. In this role, she leads the HR team to optimize OD/HR mechanisms, plan and implement OD/HR strategies, and shape organizational culture to enhance the organization's competitive advantage.

Cougar Huang CISO

Mr. Huang graduated from the Department of Information and Computing Engineering at Chung Yuan Christian University. He has previously served as the Senior Director of the IT Department at Anue Investment Advisors and Shopnet Homeshopping. He is currently the Chief Information Security Officer, Director of Information Technology, and Director of Information Technology at our subsidiary, Taxo Pharmaceutical. In his current roles, he leads the IT team to develop systems, safeguard network and data security, optimize various operational processes, and ensure information security.

Bonni Wang Director

Ms. Wang graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering at Nanya Institute of Technology. She has served as a QA manager at several biotech and pharmaceutical companies, including Anchen Pharma, Pharmadax, Sunny Pharmtech and Amed advanced medication. With over 25 years of experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industries, she currently holds the position of Director of Quality Assurance at our company. In this role, she leads the QA team in adhering to PIC/S GMP and GDP regulations, establishing, and continuously optimizing the quality management system to ensure the safety and quality of medications.
