Mr. Wang graduated from School of Pharmacy, Kaohsiung Medical Colleage, and received his master degree pharmacology in National Cheng Kung University. Mr. Wang has over 30 years of experience in biopharmaceutical Industry. He is the Chairman of Pharmaneer Co., Ltd., Pharmosa Biopharm Inc., Aupa Biopharm Co., Ltd., and Taxo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

Dr. Yan graduated from Department of Chemical Engineering in National Cheng Kung University, and received his Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering in University of Michigan. Dr. Yan has over 30 years of experience in biopharmaceutical Industry. He is the Board member of Pharmaneer Co., Ltd., Board member and General Manager of Aupa Biopharm Co., Ltd., CEO of Taxo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, and Vice Chairman of Pharmosa Biopharm Inc. 

Mr. Simon Jian graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering at National Taiwan University and received his master degree from Department of Materials Science and Engineering from the same institution. He has over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Previously, he worked as a researcher at Biomedical Center of ITRI (Industrial Technology Research Institute), Purzer Pharmaceutical Inc. Ltd., and UBi Asia Inc., Ltd. Additionally, he has served as the Deputy Director of R&D Division at Tai-Yu Chemical and Pharmaceutical Inc. Ltd., and as the Director of Technical Development Division at AUPA BioPharmaceutical Inc., Ltd.. Currently, he serves as the CTO at Anxo, leading the R&D team. Mr. Simon Jian is dedicated to developing advanced drugs delivery system and technology platforms, particularly focusing on high-barrier and complicated generic drugs and 505(b)(2) products.

Mr. Jhan graduated from the Graduate Institute of Biotechnology at National Dong Hwa University and earned a Ph.D. in Pharmacy from Taipei Medical University. He has more than 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical product development.He previously served as Principal Researcher at the Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry Technology and Development Center (PITDC), Deputy General Manager at Shyh Dar Pharmaceutical Industrial Co., Ltd., and Deputy Manager at Sunny Pharmtech Inc.He currently serves as Senior Director of Product Development at the Company, specializing in 505(b)(2) drug development and complex formulation design. He has successfully led teams in obtaining multiple drug approvals in Taiwan and the United States, with extensive experience integrating expertise across the pharmaceutical industry, research institutes, and academia. He is dedicated to accelerating product development toward commercialization.

Ms. Hung graduated from the Graduate Institute of Biochemistry at National Yang Ming University. She previously served as Deputy Director of New Drug Clinical Development at Oneness Biotech Co., Ltd., Director of Clinical Development at United Biomedical, Inc., Asia, and Regulatory Affairs Manager at Trust Bio-Sonics Inc. She currently serves as Senior Director of Preclinical and Clinical Development at the Company, specializing in early-stage drug development and 505(b)(2) regulatory strategies. She has extensive practical experience in international regulatory frameworks and submission processes, as well as broad experience across various drug development areas. She is committed to effectively managing development timelines, mitigating regulatory risks, and advancing innovative therapies toward global markets.

Mr. Chen graduated from the Graduate Institute of Chemistry at National Taiwan University and earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the same university. He has more than 25 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical analysis.He previously served as Director at Aupa Biopharm Co., Ltd., Manager at Lotus Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Section Manager at Yung Shin Pharmaceutical Industrial Co., Ltd. He currently serves as Senior Director of Analytical Research & Regulatory Affairs  at the Company, specializing in pharmaceutical analysis, quality management, and laboratory operations. He has extensive practical experience in establishing and maintaining comprehensive quality systems. He is dedicated to ensuring that all operations strictly comply with international standards and advancing product globalization and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Fan is a registered pharmacist who graduated from the School of Pharmacy at Kaohsiung Medical University and holds a master's degree in Pharmacy from the same institution. She has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Previously, she served as the Manager in the Regulatory Department at Lotus Pharmaceutical and was responsible for the Greater China area. Currently, as the Director of Regulatory Division at Anxo, she leads the regulatory team in strategic planning for regulatory affairs in Taiwan and other target markets. Additionally, she oversees the Business Development team for the Greater China area.

Ms. Chen graduated from the Institute of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, College of Medicine at National Taiwan University, the Institute of Technology Management at National Chengchi University, and the Department of Law at National Taipei University. She holds qualifications as a lawyer, patent attorney, and veterinarian, specializing in intellectual property, patent design around analysis, contract review and IP litigation matters. She has previously worked as a patent engineer at Deep & Far Attorneys-at-Law and as an intellectual property manager at TTY Biopharm Company Limited, accumulating over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Currently, she serves as the Director of Legal and Intellectual Property Affairs at our company, leading the legal and intellectual property team in overseeing legal affairs, litigation, global patent deployment, and management of intellectual property rights.

Dr. Lin graduated from School of Pharmacy, Kaohsiung Medical University and received his Ph.D. degree. He completed his post-doctoral research at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. Lin was the manager of business development department in Lotus Pharmaceutical and launched more than 15 generic products in Northeast Asia countries. He currently serves as Director of the  Business Development Division, leading the team responsible for strategic planning and licensing of overseas products in Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, and other international markets, with the goal of advancing the internationalization of pharmaceutical products.

Mr. Wu graduated from the Executive MBA program at Seton Hall University in the United States. He previously served as Director of Project Clients at Taxo Pharmaceutical , Associate Director of Development Projects at LOHAS BIOTECH Development . With more than 20 years of experience in business development, he currently leads the Greater China Business Development Division, overseeing market assessment, licensing, and collaborative development, as well as strategic planning and licensing for overseas products in Taiwan and the Greater China region, with the goal of advancing the internationalization of pharmaceutical products.
