Labor-Management Coordination and Employee Rights Protection Measures
- Our company holds quarterly labor-management meetings, where any measures concerning labor-management relations undergo full communication between both parties. Additionally, quarterly labor-management meetings are held to reflect and discuss suggestions and opinions from employees through labor representatives on matters of concern, providing reasonable response plans and achieving consensus to promote labor-management cooperation.
Work Environment and Employee Personal Safety Protection Measures
- We prioritize employee safety and health by implementing access control and regularly disinfecting and cleaning office environments to provide a warm, safe, and comfortable working environment. Employee health check-ups are conducted every one to two years, and employee group insurance and employee travel are arranged annually, allowing employees to understand their health status, cherish their health, and take timely breaks.
- To prevent workplace accidents, provide a friendly working environment, and ensure employee safety, the company has established the "Workplace Safety and Health Guidelines" and appointed a qualified safety and health officer. Occupational safety and health concepts are also regularly promoted to prevent workplace accidents and safeguard employee workplace safety.
Human Rights Policy
- Our company complies with national labor regulations, fulfills corporate social responsibilities, and safeguards the basic human rights and related interests of all employees, customers, and stakeholders. We support and voluntarily comply with various international human rights conventions such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Global Compact, the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the International Labour Organization, aiming to eliminate any acts that infringe upon or violate human rights. We explicitly disclose our commitment to treating and respecting all colleagues with justice and fairness.
