Core Values of Integrity

To implement integrity management, our company has established regulations such as the "Code of Ethical Conduct," "Integrity Management Guidelines," and "Integrity Management Procedures and Conduct Guidelines," which have been approved by the board of directors. In addition to requiring all colleagues to clearly understand and abide by professional ethical norms, we also emphasize the respect for and strict adherence to confidentiality agreements with clients, refraining from accepting gifts or special favors indiscriminately. We also expect customers, suppliers, business partners, and other entities with business dealings to understand and support the core values of integrity of our company.

Unit Responsible for Promoting Integrity Management

The General Manager's Office of our company is the dedicated unit responsible for promoting corporate integrity management. It is composed of senior management personnel who are responsible for assisting the board of directors and management in formulating and supervising the implementation of integrity management guidelines according to the responsibilities and scope of each unit. They are required to report to the board of directors on their implementation at least once a year.

Company Whistleblowing System

Our company has established a whistleblowing system, which is disclosed on the company's website. If any violations of integrity management guidelines or other corporate governance issues are found, reports can be made to the designated unit via phone, email, or any other means. Our company ensures absolute confidentiality regarding the identity of whistleblowers and the content of their reports. Upon verification of violations, appropriate measures will be taken, and whistleblowers may be rewarded. Prevention of Insider Trading Mechanism

To prevent insider trading and unauthorized disclosure of information, as well as to ensure consistency and accuracy in the dissemination of information to the public, we have formulated the "Internal Handling of Material Information and Prevention of Insider Trading Management Procedures," which is disclosed on the company's website. It stipulates that individuals privy to material information must not disclose it to others nor inquire or collect undisclosed material information unrelated to their duties. This mechanism applies to the company's directors (including independent directors), managers, and all employees to effectively prevent insider trading.

Implementation Status of Integrity Management

• Education and Training: Our company conducts internal and external training related to integrity management issues (including compliance with integrity management regulations, insider trading, occupational health and safety management, accounting systems, and internal controls) to promote awareness and education.
• Compliance Promotion: Our company promotes awareness and education among all employees by publishing the norms of the "Code of Ethical Conduct," "Integrity Management Guidelines," and "Integrity Management Procedures and Conduct Guidelines" on the company's website, highlighting the precautions to be taken by employees in the execution of their duties.
• Regular Audits: Our company's audit unit independently audits to ensure the operation of the overall mechanism, jointly managing and preventing dishonest behavior. No incidents of corruption or anti-competitive behavior have occurred.
• Whistleblowing System and Whistleblower Protection: Our company has established specific whistleblowing procedures in the "Whistleblower Reporting Channel and Protection System Management Measures" to actively prevent dishonest behavior, encourage internal and external personnel to report dishonest or inappropriate behavior, and provide effective communication channels for employees, shareholders, stakeholders, and external personnel on the official website. We have also established a whistleblower protection system to ensure the confidentiality of the identity and content of whistleblowers, pledging to protect whistleblowers from undue reprisals due to whistleblowing incidents.
